Bob Langner, President, is an experienced Consultant, Business Broker and owner of several businesses. He has a B.S. Degree in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management and holds a Mississippi Real Estate Broker’s license. He has performed business valuations for numerous Mid-South companies in preparation for taking a client’s business to market and as service to determine market value. Attorney’s and CPA’s have retained him for estate tax preparation valuations, as well as stockholder buyouts.
David Langner, Vice President, works as a financial consultant and coach for entrepreneurs and small businesses. He directs marketing and operations at Langner Management Services. David brings experience from two start up companies and over a decade of project management.
